SOMAMVMNT is a somatic movement practice created to guide you back to your body. Anchored in the alchemy of movement, breath, sound and sensation, this practice reconnects you with your authentic expression through the living intelligence of your nervous system.

 

This is the space we hold for you to connect to your body and felt sense, to move energy safely and to express what lives within you. A space to be seen, supported and witnessed in community, and to integrate all parts of yourself with radical acceptance and love.

 

Guided by expansive, carefully curated music, SOMAMVMNT builds toward cathartic release, creating space for deep, embodied transformation.

Within the practice you will experience:

 

  • Creative flow sequencing to awaken the body and tune into sensation

  • Somatic movement patterns including spirals, glides, undulations, waves, tucks and tilts to support expression and energy movement

  • Dynamic movement and primal cardio including stomping, shaking, throwing and hitting the mat to release sympathetic energy

  • Fascia-focused work including gliding, nerve flossing, self-touch and release to support mobility and sensation

  • Subtle body coherence through breath, sound and movement to support internal connection and energetic alignment

SOMAMTHD is a somatic method of healing designed to recalibrate the relationship between your body and the subconscious patterns shaping your experience.

Your body holds the imprint of how you’ve learned to navigate safety, connection and survival. Over time, these imprints become the lens through which you feel, respond and relate to yourself and the world around you.

This work guides you beneath the surface into direct contact with your nervous system, your internal sensations and the deeper layers driving your patterns.

Through attunement, integration and somatic bridging, SOMAMTHD supports the unwinding of stored tension, the reorganization of protective responses and the restoration of internal safety and self-trust.
